Privacy policy · Open Gacha Protocol

Last updated August 16, 2026

This policy describes what information the Open Gacha interface (the “Interface”), operated by EVAI Studio (formerly PullBattle) as part of NFW, handles, and how. The short version: we do not require an account, we never see your keys, we collect no government identity, and most of what the product shows is public blockchain data that exists whether or not you use the Interface.

What we collect

Public blockchain data. Your wallet address and every transaction it signs are public on Solana by design. The Interface reads, indexes and caches this public state, pools, stock, draws and settlements, to render the app. We do not create this data and cannot alter or erase it.

Data you choose to add. A pool’s name, artwork, description and any social links a creator publishes for it. All of it is optional, provided by you, stored off-chain and shown publicly next to the pool.

Technical data. Standard operational logs from our hosting and infrastructure providers: IP address, user agent, request timestamps, kept for security, abuse prevention and debugging.

Local storage. The Interface keeps wallet-connection state, drafts and interface preferences in your browser. It sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we do not collect

No email, no password, no name, no phone number, no government identity document, no payment card. We never receive, store or have access to your private keys or seed phrase; your wallet signs, we only see what the chain sees.

How we use it

To render the Interface and the pools created through it, to keep the service running and secure, to investigate abuse, and to understand in aggregate how the product is used. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Infrastructure providers that host the Interface, its database and its RPC access process technical data on our behalf. Anyone can read the public blockchain. Where a creator links an external site or social account, that site’s own policy applies once you follow the link.

Retention

Operational logs are kept for a limited period and then rotated. Off-chain pool data stays as long as the pool is published; a creator can unpublish or edit it from the console. Blockchain data is permanent and outside our control.

Your rights

You can disconnect your wallet at any time, clear the Interface’s local storage yourself, and ask us to delete off-chain data we hold about a pool you control. We honor these requests to the extent the data is ours to delete; nothing on-chain can be removed by anyone.

Changes

When this policy changes, the “Last updated” date changes with it, and material changes will be noted on the Interface. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised policy.
